How do I receive my skins?
As soon as your order is placed we buy your items and send a Steam trade offer to the trade URL you entered at checkout. Accept it from your Steam client or mobile app.
Where do I find my trade URL?
In Steam, open Inventory → Trade Offers → “Who can send me trade offers?” and copy the link at the bottom.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed quickly, but it can take longer during busy periods. Use order tracking for live status.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Contact us before the trade offer is sent and we’ll cancel it. See the Refund Policy for details.
Is my payment safe?
Payments go through a PCI-compliant provider; we never store card details.
